Beautiful views of the Willamette River and lush green scenery make Waverley Country Club the ideal location for your special event. Our lavish facilities can play host to any type of occasion. The patios and porches around the clubhouse provide cocktail receptions under sunny skies, and the Dutch Colonial style found throughout the interior of the clubhouse is the perfect atmosphere for any event large or small.

Waverley accommodates standing receptions up to 500 and seated receptions of 300 or less. More intimate gatherings of 8 – 50 can be celebrated by reserving one of our smaller rooms. Explore the club facilities & menu section found on the left for a full list of our rooms and capabilities for your next event. Wedding Policy

Wedding receptions may be held at the Club anytime for members and relatives (children, grandchildren, parents, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters of a member). 

The term "Sponsored Wedding Receptions" shall refer to those weddings and/or wedding receptions that are sponsored by a member of the Club in which the bride or groom is neither a member of the Club nor a child, grandchild, parent, niece, nephew, brother, or sister of a member, or of the spouse of a member.  A reservation for a Sponsored Wedding Reception that is to take place during the months of July, August, or September may not be made more than ten months prior to the date of the Sponsored Wedding Reception. The member who is the sponsor of the Sponsored Wedding Reception (or such member's spouse) must be present at the Sponsored Wedding Reception. The sponsoring member shall be responsible for the payment of all charges relating to the Sponsored Wedding Reception.

Gifts | All gifts must be removed from the Club immediately following the reception.  The Club cannot be responsible for any gifts left on Club property.

Dress Code | Members and guests must wear suitable attire when on Club property. Denim clothing of any color is not permitted on Club property.  Golf attire may be worn on the first floor of the Clubhouse before 5:00pm and in other areas of the Clubhouse at any time.  After 5:00pm dress is “smart casual” on the main level of the clubhouse.   

Smart Phones & Electronic Devices | Use of any cellular phone, smart phone, electronic tablet, or other electronic device in its audio mode (except for emergency or emergency alert situations) is not permitted anywhere on Club property except in the parking lot.  “Use” includes ring tones, conversations, message alerts or any other manner of audio generation.

Smoking | Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Clubhouse or Field House or within 10 feet of any entrance, exit, window, or air intake ventilation.  Members smoking outdoors are asked to be courteous to those members around them, especially in the outdoor dining areas.
